The Prayer Shawl Ministry is intended to provide a monthly gathering for prayer, meditation, Christian devotion, creating, and dedicating hand-crafted shawls, baby blankets, lap blankets, etc. as tangible evidence of prayer or "hug from God". In the New Testament, Jesus summed up all the laws into two: "Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind...and love your neighbor as yourself." (Matthew 22:37-39) This is our challenge and our commission as we enter into this ministry.
